Joseph Eyakephovwan is the Managing Director/CEO of SAL Capital Limited and Director Seek Advisory Services. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) professional by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Masters of Science Degree in Finance (in-view) from the University of Port Harcourt and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, second class honours, (upper division) from the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka

He has over 12 years Investment Banking and Capital Market experiences with top investment banks in Nigeria such as Afrinvest West Africa Limited, BGL Securities Limited and BGL Capital Limited. He occupied different management positions in BGL Securities Limited and BGL Capital Limited before he resigned to commence Seek Advisory Services and SAL Capital Limited . His last position was Origination & Coverage, BGL Capital Limited, Structured Finance, Oil & Gas, South South Nigeria.

Okey Ilo is a researcher, lecturer and development consultant with over 10 years of experience in consultancy which includes 5 years of strong functional experience of operations in the Financial Services industry in Nigeria and 4 years of management consulting that cuts across project management, governance, and outsources technical support services.

He is a graduate of Business Administration and Management from University of Nigeria and a Masters Degree graduate of Finance from University of Dundee, United Kingdom earning distinction in both degrees.

He has strong knowledge of the Nigerian public sector both at the State and national levels gained from supporting notable government agencies and establishments to improve their functionality and delivery on their statutory mandates.

A certified SAP Finance Associate with deal specialised competence in configuration, customisation and integration of business processes with financial processes.

Lecturer at the Department of Management, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus where he lectures ICT Management, Analysis for Business Decisions, Business and Government with research interest in ICT leverage and process optimisation.
